Business networking and Wi-Fi means a local team chooses, installs and configures the routers, switches, firewalls and access points that carry your office's traffic. Cyber Shift Technologies replaces dead Wi-Fi zones and consumer-grade equipment with a network built and supported by the same team as your IT.
Where It Gets Stuck
Check the equipment and the internet connection together.
Review access-point placement and wireless coverage against the areas where people actually work.
Bring switches, firewalls and access points into a coordinated configuration.
Discuss current demand and upcoming changes before choosing new equipment.
What We Cover
The equipment that actually carries your office's traffic, chosen, configured and supported.
Review SonicWall, Sophos, UniFi, Fortinet, WatchGuard and other options around your network, security needs and budget. We help choose and configure equipment for your business.
Wired connections for desks, printers, and cameras, configured and documented instead of a mystery box in a closet.
Placed and configured to cover the whole office, not just the room closest to the router.
Configured and supported by the same team as the rest of your IT. Network equipment isn't part of SOC security monitoring.

What Clients Say
Real names from Hartville and Canton, in their own words. We've earned 73 five-star Google reviews.
My company just switched to Cybershift from our old vendor and made some pretty sweeping changes to our technology setup. There was a lot of moving parts, but they worked around my staff and got us transitioned over to our new systems with very minimal downtime or disruption. All of the techs were extremely patient with me and my staff and all of our questions and worked through a few issues that arose during the transition. Since then, they've been very responsive and helpful with any issues that have come up and they do a great job of remote assistance, but are willing to come on site when they need to. Very highly recommend.
Excellent team to work with. Super customer service and a pleasure to work with. Really good experience working with Cyber Shift with a number of issues during the working day, rapid response times, quality of service and issues resolution makes Cyber Shift our "go to" for all matters relating to IT. Keep up the great work team!

Before You Call
Straight answers about network equipment, Wi-Fi coverage and ongoing support.
Internet speed is only one part of wireless performance. Access point placement, interference, coverage, device capacity and the internal network can also affect connections. Looking at where and when problems happen helps narrow the cause. Cyber Shift can review your network needs before recommending equipment or a change to your internet service.
No. Structured cabling is the physical wiring that runs through your walls and ceilings. This service is the equipment on top of it: the routers, switches, firewalls, and access points that actually move your traffic and give every corner of your office real Wi-Fi coverage.
Often, yes. Many coverage gaps come from a consumer-grade router or access points placed in the wrong spots, not from the cabling itself. Cyber Shift assesses your current network equipment first and recommends the smallest change that actually fixes the coverage, instead of a full rebuild.
No. SOC monitoring covers computers, servers and, depending on your plan, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts. Your routers, switches, firewalls and access points are supported by the same Cyber Shift team as the rest of your IT, under your agreement.
Yes, and they should. A separate guest network gives visitors and personal phones internet access while keeping them off the network where your files, printers and business systems live. It's a standard piece of a well-built business network, and it's something we can set up and support with the rest of your equipment.
It depends on the job. A one-time project, like new access points or a network for a new office, is easier to scope on its own than ongoing network support. Tell us what's going wrong and who looks after your IT today, and we'll give you a straight answer on a 30-minute call.
